He has authored or co-authored over 250 research papers, book chapters, and monographs on topics related to heart disease prevention, heart disease in women, and other aspects of heart disease. Dr. Greenland's current research involves heart diseases in women, risk factors for cardiovascular disease, peripheral vascular disease epidemiology, prediction of CVD, and nutritional aspects of high blood pressure. Dr. Greenland was also Principal Investigator (PI) for several NIH-funded training programs including the Northwestern University Mentored Clinical Scholars Program (K12), and the Post-doctoral Training Program (T32) in Cardiovascular Disease Epidemiology and Prevention. He is currently PI for Northwestern's CTSA program. |
